Section 460.33 - Notification of Corrective Action(a) The Agency will issue a Corrective Action letter to the Grantee when the Grantee is in noncompliance as defined in § 460.31 of this title relating to Noncompliance. The Corrective Action letter will be sent by certified mail.(b) In the Corrective Action letter, the Agency shall: (1) provide notification of noncompliance;(2) specify the corrective action as defined in § 460.32(b) of this title relating to Corrective Action, required to be taken by the Grantee;(3) set a timeline for the Grantee to implement the Agency-required corrective action; and(4) describe any technical assistance available to the Grantee.40 Tex.
