Monitoring activities are intended to ensure:
(1) that Grantees meet the expenditure and performance requirements of the Grant Agreement;(2) Fund for Veterans' Assistance resources are used efficiently and effectively;(3) Fund for Veterans' Assistance resources are protected from waste, fraud, and abuse; and(4) reliable and timely information is captured and reported.40 Tex.
