Section 460.9 - Administrative Costs(a) Administrative costs shall not exceed the amount specified in the grant application instructions.(b) Administrative costs must be budgeted by line-item in the grant application, unless: (1) the applicant has a cost allocation plan approved by a federal agency; or(2) the applicant's cost allocation plan has an indirect cost rate approved by a federal agency.(c) An applicant that has a current cost allocation plan with an indirect cost approved by a federal agency may budget up to the amount of allowable administrative costs or the approved indirect cost rate, whichever is lower.40 Tex.
