Section 450.5 - Documentation of Attendance(a) After the anniversary date, the commission shall provide a certificate of training the following October to officers who earned a minimum number of credit hours during the preceding fiscal year.(b) The commission shall inform each county commissioners court of its officer(s)' compliance with Texas Government Code § 434.038.40 Tex. Admin. Code § 450.5
