Section 71.305 - Fees for Copies of Information(a) Except as stated in subsection (b) of this section, the fee DHS charges for providing a copy of individually identifiable health information is determined under § 71.103 of this title (relating to Schedule of Fees).(b) DHS will not charge for overhead when providing you a copy of your individually identifiable health information.40 Tex.
