Section 71.103 - Schedule of Fees(a) DHS charges fees to cover the cost of copies of or access to public information. Except as otherwise provided in this part, DHS uses rules adopted by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission (TBPC) in 1 TAC §§ 111.61-111.71, to set charges for copies of or access to public information.(b) As allowed by law, DHS has gotten an exemption from the fees set by TBPC for programming personnel time. Under this exemption, DHS charges $60 per hour for programming personnel time.(c) DHS waives the charges for copies of or access to public information if the fee is $5 or less.40 Tex. Admin.
