Section 7.52 - Application(a) This subchapter applies to contracts managed by the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (TDMHMR) facilities and Central Office.(b) This subchapter does not apply to: (1) Medicaid provider contracts; or(2) leases or contracts for sale of real property.40 Tex.
