Section 5.409 - Documenting and Reporting Behavior Therapy Programs That Use Highly Restrictive ProceduresEach state MR facility must prepare and submit to the State Mental Retardation Facilities division in Central Office a report for each fiscal year quarter detailing the implementation of behavior therapy programs that utilize highly restrictive procedures, to include:
(1) the number of individuals 18 years of age or older for whom approved behavior therapy programs were in place during each month of the fiscal year quarter;(2) the number of individuals under 18 years of age for whom approved behavior therapy programs were in place during each month of the fiscal year quarter; and(3) a description of highly restrictive procedures utilized in those programs.40 Tex.
