Section 65.23 - Name and Address of Manufacturer Required(a) The name and principal mailing address of the manufacturer or person responsible for distribution shall be required on the label of a commercial fertilizer.(b) The principal mailing address shall include the street address, city, state, and zip code; provided however, that the street address may be omitted if the address is listed in a current city directory or telephone directory.(c) The label may bear the name of the distributor as well as the manufacturer, provided that the guarantor of the project is specifically stated.4 Tex.
