Section 55.10 - Enforcement and Penalties(a) A person who violates a rule or order under this chapter is subject to administrative penalties, criminal penalties, sanctions, and civil remedies as authorized by Chapter 161 and Chapter 165 of the Texas Agriculture Code.(b) An administrative penalty for a violation may be in an amount not to exceed $5,000. Each day a violation continues or occurs is a separate violation for purposes of imposing a penalty. 4 Tex. Admin. Code § 55.10
