Section 47.5 - Recordkeeping(a) An authorized person shall maintain official documents at the authorized person's place of business.(b) Official documents shall be complete and legible.(c) Official documents shall be maintained for a minimum of five years from the original date of the document.(d) The commission may inspect and copy official documents maintained by an authorized person.4 Tex.
