Section 225.5 - Public Information Act

All information submitted to the Board under this title is subject to the Public Information Act (PIA), Chapter RSA 552, Texas Government Code, and may be disclosed to the public upon written request submitted to the Board or the Department. Applications for certification and renewal, including submitted information shall be presumed to be subject to disclosure unless a specific exception to disclosure under the PIA applies.
