Section 7.196 - Committee Meetings
(a) The Committee shall meet at least once during each quarter of a calendar year.
(b) The Committee may meet on other occasions at the direction of the Commissioner.
(c) Meetings of the Committee shall be posted and held in conformity with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
(d) In order for the Committee to meet and take any action, at least six (6) of the eleven (11) members must be present to constitute a quorum.

During the first meeting of each calendar year the Committee will include on its agenda as an item of business a self-assessment of its actions during the prior year.

(e) The Committee shall conduct its meetings using procedural rules which substantially comport with Robert's Rules of Order.
