Section 30.120 - Applicable Law The department administers programs supporting rural health, only to the extent that funds are appropriated and available, in accordance with Chapter RSA 487 of the Texas Government Code, and manages the state's Medicare rural hospital flexibility program in accordance with 42 USC §1395i-4.
