Section 28.60 - Purpose and Application of Rules

The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the administration of the collection of assessments by county tax assessor-collectors as provided for in § RSA 502.404 of the Texas Transportation Code; and to provide for the remittance of such assessments to the comptroller for deposit in the Texas agricultural fund.
