A citrus producer who applies for an exemption from assessment penalties under § RSA 27.305 of this title (relating to Application for Exemption from Assessment Penalty), may apply with the Department, using a form prescribed by the Commissioner, for permission to establish a payment plan for the assessment penalty. Forms may be obtained by contacting the Texas Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box 12847, Austin, Texas 78711, or call (512) 463-7476. A separate application must be made for each year a payment plan is requested.
