All information submitted to the Corporation under this chapter is subject to the Public Information Act (PIA), Chapter RSA 552, of the Texas Government Code, and may be disclosed to the public upon written request submitted to the Corporation or the Department. All information shall be presumed to be subject to disclosure unless a specific exception to disclosure under the PIA applies.
