Section 25.71 - Record Maintenance(a) Contractors and facilities must keep records in accordance with RSA 226 and TDA CACFP Handbooks.(b) Contractors and facilities must maintain CACFP records for a minimum of three years after the end of the program year and until all litigation, claims, audits, or investigation findings are resolved.4 Tex.
