Section 25.131 - Authority to Reimburse Contractors for CACFP Costs

TDA reimburses a contractor according to RSA 226.2, RSA 226.4, RSA 226.6, RSA 226.7, RSA 226.9 - RSA 226.19a, and RSA 226.23; 7 CFR Part 3015; and §17(a)(2)(B) of the National School Lunch Act (RSA 1766), as amended.
