Section 25.91 - Day Care Home Participation(a) In order for a day care home to be approved to participate in CACFP, a day care home sponsor must submit a correct and complete application packet as prescribed by TDA.(b) A day care home sponsor must submit the required application packet to TDA by the 25th of the month in which the sponsor wants the day care home's participation to begin.4 Tex.
