Section 21.37 - Increase Tree Fees

Increase tree application fee. Application for designation of increase trees shall be made on a form prescribed by the department and available on the department's website at: TexasAgriculture.gov.

(1) No application or certification fees shall be required if:
(A) Increase trees are to be held in an insect exclusionary structure that is certified by the department; or
(B) The total area of the new structure where increase trees are to be held, plus the area of the approved structures at the facility is at or below the 25,000 square footage increment threshold for fee increase.
(2) Application and certification fees shall be required if the total area of the new structure, plus the area of the approved structures at the facility exceed the threshold limit as explained in § RSA 21.36 of this title (relating to Increase Trees and Increase Blocks).
(3) Amount and payment of application fees shall be according to § RSA 21.62 of this title (relating to Citrus Nursery Certification).
