Section 21.8 - Violations and Penalties(a) In addition to violations that may arise under the Code or this chapter, violations listed under § RSA 19.7 of this title (relating to Violations and Penalties) are applicable to citrus quarantines. (b) Any violation of this chapter may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. In addition, the Department may revoke a certificate, and/or assess administrative penalties as prescribed in § RSA 12.020 of the Texas Agriculture Code, against any person for a violation of these rules.4 Tex.
