The department hereby adopts by reference as quarantined areas those counties in Texas, or portions thereof, listed as quarantined areas in the most current federal imported fire ant quarantine at 7 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 301.81-3. A copy of the regulation may be obtained through a link provided in the regulation or from the Plant Quality Program, Texas Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box 12847, Austin, Texas 78711.
