Section 19.81 - Adoption of Federal Quarantine

The department hereby adopts by reference the federal qypsy month quarantine found at 7 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 301.45 through 301.45-12. A copy of the regulation may be obtained from the Plant Quality Program, Texas Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box 12847, Austin, Texas 78711.
