Section 19.6 - Markings and LabelingEach shipment of plants and plant products moved within the state shall have legibly marked upon it in a conspicuous manner and place all of the following:
(1) the name and address of the shipper;(2) the name of the person to whom the shipment is forwarded or shipped or the name of his agent;(3) the name of the country, state, or territory where the contents were grown; and(4) a statement of its contents.4 Tex. Admin. Code § 19.6
