Section 15.3 - Application Required

Any person requiring a license may obtain an application from the department. An initial application must be accompanied by the appropriate fees as required by § 15.4 of this chapter (relating to Fees). A license may be renewed when accompanied by a renewal application and the fees required by § 15.4 of this chapter (relating to Fees), provided fees required by § 15.5 of this chapter (relating to Special Fees) have been reported and paid. A person failing to renew a license after it has expired will be charged late fees in accordance with the Code, §12.024.
