Section 10.26 - Field Inspection(a) Pasture grasses. At least one official inspection must be made during the growing season at a time when it is possible to identify any other perennial grasses and/or strains or noxious weeds.(b) Turfgrasses. At least four official inspections must be made during the growing season at a time when it is possible to identify any other perennial grasses and/or strains or objectionable weeds.4 Tex. Admin.
