Section 269.29 - Determination of Costs(a) The costs of maintenance shall be the actual costs, as determined by the agreement between the Texas Board of Criminal Justice and the county operating the appropriate facility receiving transferred inmates.(b) The costs of transportation shall be the agreed cost between the transporting county and the commission. Such costs shall be determined and agreed upon by the commission and the transporting county prior to the movement of inmates. The cost of transportation may be adjusted as appropriate when evidenced by sufficient documentation and approved by the commission.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 269.29
