Section 141.72 - Record of Decisions(a) All Board and parole panel decisions are maintained by the Division as the official custodian of all electronic and paper records obtained and maintained for offenders eligible for parole or mandatory supervision.(b) The Board shall keep records of their acts concerning clemency matters.37 Tex.
