Section 343.702 - Governing Board Approval In facilities that begin operating a physical training program on or after January 1, 2010:
(1) the facility shall obtain the governing board's written authorization to implement the program before the program begins operations;(2) the governing board's authorization process and written authorization shall be separate and distinct from the governing board's annual certification of the facility required by Texas Family Code § 51.125; and(3) the governing board's written authorization shall be retained as long as the physical training program remains operational.37 Tex.
