Section 343.628 - Facility-Wide Ratio(a) The facility-wide juvenile supervision officer-to-resident ratio shall not be less than: (1) one juvenile supervision officer to every eight residents during program hours; and(2) one juvenile supervision officer to: (A) every 20 residents during non-program hours if the post-adjudication facility is not located in the same building as a pre-adjudication facility; or(B) every 18 residents during non-program hours if the post-adjudication facility is located in the same building as a pre-adjudication facility.(b) For a juvenile supervision officer to count in the facility-wide ratio, the officer shall be present on the facility premises at all times.37 Tex.
