Section 343.608 - Classification PlanAll facilities with more than one housing unit shall have a written classification plan that attempts to safely house residents based on at least the following factors:
(5) any other special consideration, such as potential vulnerabilities for sexual abuse, gang affiliation, referral history, and/or special needs.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 343.608
