Section 343.354 - Limitations on Visitation(a) The policies, procedures, and practices of the facility may deny a resident's visitation rights listed in § 343.352(b) of this title only to the extent required to maintain control and security of the facility.(b) A resident's visitation rights listed in § 343.352(b) of this title shall not be denied as a disciplinary sanction.(c) The facility administrator or designee shall provide documentation justifying any denial of a resident's visitation rights.37 Tex.
