Section 343.312 - Daily Meal Schedule(a) Three meals shall be provided daily to each resident in the facility.(b) At least two of the meals shall be hot.(c) No more than 14 hours may elapse between the evening meal and breakfast unless a snack is provided.(d) Residents shall be allowed no less than ten minutes to eat once they have received their meal.37 Tex.
