Section 343.306 - Modified Diets(a) Modified diets shall be provided upon the direction of a health care professional.(b) When a resident's religious beliefs require adherence to religious dietary laws, the facility shall make a reasonable and equitable effort to provide a modified diet, within the limitations of resources and the facility's need for safety, security, health, and order.(c) Religious diets shall be documented in the resident's record.37 Tex.
