Section 341.306 - Providing Information to TJJD(a) The chief administrative officer or designee must annually provide TJJD with information on gaps in resources, programs, and services for juveniles served by the juvenile probation department. (b) The information must include a description of the needs of juveniles committed to TJJD that were not met with community resources and information on the types of resources, programs, and services that, if available in the community, might have allowed the juveniles to remain in the community as an alternative to commitment to TJJD. (c) The information shall be provided in the format and by the deadline established by TJJD.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 341.306
