Section 4.81 - Cooperation with the Texas Animal Health Commission Regarding Enforcement of Entry Requirements(a) As provided under Texas Agricultural Code, §161.051 the department will cooperate with the Texas Animal Health Commission regarding enforcement of entry requirements by reporting potential problems to the commission and providing assistance to the commission when requested.(b) The Texas Animal Health Commission guidelines are located in 4 TAC § 59.4(relating to Cooperation with the Texas Department of Public Safety Regarding Enforcement of Entry Requirements).37 Tex.
