Section 36.3 - Address on File(a) All registrants or applicants at all times shall maintain on file with the department their current mailing and principal place of business address. The principal place of business address must be a physical address and may not be a post office box.(b) The current mailing address for a statutory agent at all times shall be on file with the department.(c) All registrants, applicants, and statutory agents at all times shall maintain on file with the department a current and valid electronic mail address.(d) All registrants, applicants, and statutory agents shall notify the department of any change of their mailing or electronic mail address using the department's online application prior to the effective date of the change of address.37 Tex.
