Section 15.141 - Bulk Requests for Driver Record Information(a) The department will release personal information to qualified requestors only after a written agreement has been signed by both parties.(b) The terms of the agreement must be strictly adhered to.(c) Any violation of any clause or term of the agreement will result in the termination of the agreement and the loss of the requestor's ability to receive driver record information from the department.37 Tex.
