Section 43.47 - Procedures Not Otherwise Provided

If, in connection with any hearing, the executive director or the administrative law judge determines that there are no statutes or other applicable rules resolving particular procedural questions in the proceedings, the parties shall follow procedures consistent with the purpose of this chapter.
