Section 310.2 - Additional Duties of State Board(a) The state board shall formulate the basic and general policies of the pension system and the rules consistent with the purposes, policies, principles, and standards stated in statutes administered by the state board.(b) The state board shall adopt and revise written investment objectives and policies after consultation with the pension system's investment counselor and shall periodically review such objectives and policies.34 Tex.
