Section 7.32 - Management Responsibilities

The executive director shall select and supervise staff and contractors or consultants retained by the board, and shall perform such other functions as may be necessary to supervise, direct, conduct and administer the day-to-day duties of the board as authorized by law or by rules and policies adopted by the board.
