(a) A grantee shall submit reports and documentation as may be required by the office to substantiate that grant funds awarded were used for the intended purpose of the reimbursement award and that the grantee has complied with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in § 16.10 of this subchapter.(b) A grantee must submit reports and documentation to the office in the office-prescribed format no later than the office-designated deadlines for their submission.34 Tex.
