Section 1.385 - Assisted Negotiation Processes

Parties to a contract dispute under Government Code, Chapter 2260 may agree, either contractually or when a dispute arises, to use assisted negotiation (alternative dispute resolution) processes, in addition to direct negotiation, to resolve their dispute.
