Section 69.309 - Inspections(a) A permit holder shall maintain an accurate daily record of all activities, as described in § 69.308 of this title (relating to Reports).(b) A permit holder's daily records shall be available for inspection by authorized employees of the department at reasonable times.31 Tex.
