Section 69.5 - Commercial Plant Permit(a) A commercial plant permit is required to take, possess, and/or transport protected, threatened, and endangered native plants from private lands for commercial purposes. No permit is required to take, possess, and/or transport protected, threatened and endangered native plants from private lands for non-commercial purposes.(b) A person applying for a commercial plant permit shall submit an application on a form provided by the department.(c) By the date specified on the permit, a holder of a commercial plant permit shall complete and submit a report on a form provided by the department.31 Tex.
