Section 65.365 - Management Tag(a) The department may issue management tags to landowners with a department-approved alligator management plan specifying a harvest quota of alligators six feet in total length or less. Tags are issued upon:(1) department approval of an alligator management plan; and(2) payment of the fee established in § 53.8 of this title (relating to Alligator Licenses, Permits, Stamps, and Tags).(b) All provisions of this subchapter pertaining to tags and tagging also apply to management tags.31 Tex.
