Section 65.261 - Applicability(a) This subchapter applies to all species of raptors indigenous to the state of Texas.(b) To the extent that a provision of this subchapter conflicts with any provision of 50 CFR Part 21 governing the possession and use of raptors, the federal regulation shall prevail.31 Tex.
