Penalties for violations of this subchapter involving:
(1) the species listed in § 65.175 of this title (relating to Threatened Species) are prescribed by Parks and Wildlife Code, Chapter 67; and(2) species listed in § 65.176 of this title (relating to Endangered Species) are prescribed by Parks and Wildlife Code, Chapter 68.
