Section 65.1 - Application(a) This subchapter applies to all of the wildlife resources of Texas, except as otherwise provided for in this chapter.(b) The provisions of this subchapter that specify seasons and bag limits for game animals and game birds do not apply to special drawn hunts conducted under the provisions of Subchapter H of this chapter (relating to Public Lands Proclamation).31 Tex.
